Unknown shaper and I can’t place the decal. This board is 9’8″. I used this as my competition board for a while. I liked it. It is sealed and ready to surf. It does have a bubble at the decal which is not unusual, and it has no effect on the board. It is better than it looks. Board is sealed and ready to surf. More photos available on request.
