We are now doing repairs and some restorations. This page shows examples of our work with a time frame and cost of the board, where possible. Restorations typically are a lot more involved than would appear. For this reason we try to give a price range and try to keep the costs towards the lower end if possible. My goal when restoring is to try to keep the board as original as possible and make it rideable. If a board has multiple dings I generally repair them differently to give the impression of a time line. The sun tanning of boards over time also makes it really hard to colour match over the board. It is my intent to soften the impact of dings, rather than make a board look new. Making a board look new also tends to add a fair bit of weight to a board which is not to ideal to surf. Happy to take enquiries if required.
