Bar Beach CANCELLED

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances they have had to cancel the Bar Beach swap meet. This was previously the Catherine Hill Bay swap meet that had to be moved when they closed down the bowling club due to asbestos. This would have been the 5th consecutive year of the meet and the second held at Bar Beach. The organisers apologise for any inconvenience, and hope to stage it next year.

I have just updated a few extra boards that are finished and ready to surf, including a nice early 70’s Brothers Nielson rider. I still have more to come but unfortunately maintenance on the house has trumped my fun in the shed. If you see something you like contact me to get it moved up the waiting list.

I’m happy to take any suggestions to improve the site or topics for future blogs as I’m not a huge writer.
